A minimum of 2 people are required to schedule a tour. (Solo tours will be charged the cost of two attendees)

Tours can be scheduled an day from 10AM-7PM. Tours are subject to a reduced time if guests are late.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is needed to reserve the date for your tour. This can be paid using check, cash, card, or an invoice may be sent to you via email to pay online. The remaining cost of the tour can be payed the day of the tour.

We uphold a "three strikes" policy during our tours. If your tour guide needs to correct you or any member of your party for rule violations three or more times, we reserve the right to conclude your tour at that juncture without issuing a refund. Your guide will go over rules upon arrival.

Tours must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

Animal encounters are subject to change based on temperament of animals, potential construction, off exhibit animals, and discretion of the tour guide. Tour guides will do their best to compensate with an alternative animal encounter if one is not available.
